I called after reading a post that it had closed, and sure enough, the number has been disconnected. Damn! Oh well, off to find another hang-out sans drunk people.
Pros: Sounded like a great place.

Unfortunately Frappe is closed now! I HATE that I have to go all the way to the North and Wells Starbucks for late night coffee. WHY can't there be a late night coffee place on the North side? Otherwise, this place was great to meet up…
Pros: Great hours, great coffee, European atmosphere.
Cons: CLOSED :(
