  • Know Before You Go
    Gibsons is notorious for long waits, despite reservations. Don't be surprised if you wait up to half an hour or more for your reserved table.
  • Where to Sit
    Request booth 53 or 54 on the far side of the dining room, two favorite tables for visiting celebs.
  • The Extras
    The restaurant's humidor is stocked with a couple dozen different stogies, most in the $10-$25 range; cigar smoking is allowed in the bar only.

I had the the steak medium-rare, a shrimp appetizer, and the chocolate ice cream for desert. I loved it all very much. The atmosphere on Tuesday night was mostly executives on business.

Would get five stars except they're a little slow with quoted reservation times. On a Saturday night I had a 7:30pm reservation, did not get seated until 8:15pm. Of course we just had drinks from the bar so it was not a problem. Great…
