START TIMES:
*Registration is CLOSED at these times (players arriving after will be forfeited without refund):
Women’s divisions- 9:00am
Men’s divisions- 9:30am
*Players meeting held 15 minutes after.
COST:
*Instant electronic refund if tournament is canceled due to weather
*OPEN: $31.25 each
*NON-OPEN: $21.25 each
*Must be a CBVA member to play- $25 per year ($15 after Labor Day)
REGISTER for CBVA:
*You must register for event by 6pm the night before the event
*Top 32 AVP players (based on entry points) are NOT allowed to play in CBVA events
*You will get a confirmation via e-mail after properly registering (make sure pop-up blocker off)
FORMAT for tournament:
*All matches to be played with Wilson ball.
*All tournaments at Dockweiler are 1-day events with pool play format for all divisions
*4 team pools- 1 game to 28
*Single elimination play-off (format in play-off depends on time left in the day)
PARKING & FOOD:
*Parking rates: $10 for all day parking.
*There is no FREE parking nearby in this area.
*Food, snacks and drinks are sold at the concession stand at the site.
