On February 18th San Fernando, CA based window coverings company, JT Blinds, will be presenting its first ever Habitat For Humanity Greater LA Blind Drive & Fundraiser. This special event is a way for the Los Angeles area to join JT Blinds in its mission to recycle window coverings and to help provide for the needy. For every blind (in good condition) that is brought in, JT Blinds will be donating $1.00 in addition to that blind to Habitat For Humanity Greater LA – a nonprofit housing ministry that helps to provide affordable and safe houses to those in need. The Blind Drive & Fundraiser will run from 9 am to 4 pm at the company's showroom and refreshments will be provided for all that come to participate. Instead of throwing your blinds in the trash, donate them to a worthy cause that will not only help the environment but also those that are less fortunate.
